He still gonna f**k me with this bonnet on.
This episode is a little different than my typical podcast on relationships, love, sex, and parenting. I had to respond to Monique's interpretation on what pride looks like. Pride starts with your mindset, and not what you have on. I don't see the same thing Monique sees when I see a fellow sister in a bonnet. Let me know your opinion.

Lori Harvey- Body Counts
This is a topic that comes up often, but are the current opinions on body counts outdated and misogynistic? I had my two sisters Mimi & Shay join me to discuss their take on the topic. We discuss the double standards placed on women and, whether or not a person's body count would keep them from continuing a relationship with that person. I would love to hear your opinion. Leave a comment or a voice comment. Guest Speakers Shayla IG: @DripJla & Miyako IG: @serenitybodyessentials
