Sorry, I'm Rambling
by Emma Rotstein & Jack Vittali-Ross
Welcome to Sorry, I’m Rambling!! A podcast created by two chaotic geeks diagnosed with ADHD during adulthood 😎 We’re your hosts, Jack & Emma! Each week, we explore life as ADHDers, sharing personal experiences, practical ADHD tips, and science-backed insights. From dopamine-seeking behaviour and medication side effects, to emotional regulation, hyperfocus, executive dysfunction, and the everyday needs of ADHD brains. Our goal as ADHDers is to share our experiences and help tackle major ADHD gremlins like The Big Distract and The Big Overwhelm. Most importantly, we want to reduce stigma and create a safe, inclusive space where neurodivergent experiences are seen, heard, and understood. So! Whether you’re an ADHDer, recently diagnosed, or just curious about the ADHD experience, expect laughs, coherent chaos, lots of rambles, a side quest or two… and the obligatory Emma Buffering moment. Remember: be kind to your brain, ’cause you only get one 💖<p
