Memory. The process of acquiring, storing, retaining, and later retrieving information. Designed to help us frame our understanding and behaviour within the present. It is safe to say that memory was designed with efficient functionality and the greater good in mind. However, it is not a flawless process. Whether it is from others or ourselves, negative memories can be regressive and discouraging. And if not managed, they can pose a threat to one's growth.
