When I reached Sugarland, Texas, I saw a Pakistani diaspora caught between tradition and assimilation, wrestling between what it means to be Pakistani and what it means to be American. In this podcast, I use interviews, recorded soundscapes and sound design to capture a thriving community of Pakistani Texans.
