Tish and Courtney spend the night in one of the most haunted hotels on the west coast--The Monterey Hotel in Monterey California.  Room 217 is the most haunted room in the hotel and we stayed in it for the entire night!!  We're going to take you through our investigation hour by hour and share what we experienced, where we went in the hotel, the tools we used, and what WE experienced.  We didn't go more than five minutes without activity--You'll have to listen to hear all the details.Many ghostly tales have surrounded The Monterey Hotel for years, creating an atmosphere charged with a mysterious energy, mainly because the reason for their presence is not fully known. Among the inexplicable phantasmal residents that call this historic establishment home, none is more renowned than Frank, affectionately dubbed the “Maintenance Ghost.”   We spoke directly to Frank for most of the evening!Frank’s spectral presence echoes through the main staircase in the lobby, where staff members have often glimpsed him tirelessly muttering about fixing the infamous 75 stairs that wind on endlessly. Los Coches Adobe has to be one of the eeriest places we've visited.  Located in Soledad California, it was once  a stop for stage coaches in the 1800s during the gold rush .  It was also an Inn and a Post Office.  It's evident that the line between the living and the dead has worn thin at this spot.  Standing near this historic adobe and another time period  -- you can feel the woman who ran a brothel in the adobe and rumored to have murdered customers.  We felt these customers trying to get away and even saw some of them running across the grounds.This initial visit had us on edge and feeling the dark history and presence made even more eery with the wind and rain.  Listen to our initial visit---this place is NOT for amateurs!EMAIL US WITH YOUR STORIES SO WE CAN SHARE THEM ON THE PODCAST:[email protected] us at:    [email protected].
