    In this episode, we discuss about why exercising important, how it makes us feel and how to keep it sustainable. In the spirit of discovering everyday Strong Naaris, we chat with Mahima (Insta @mahimakshatriya), a digital marketeer who deadlifts a 100 kilos now, after once being told that she will never walk again due to a devastating road accident. She exercises regularly to build strength and more importantly for focus, productivity and mental health. Let’s dive in!
