As a result, his physical, mental, and emotional health suffered.Since 'discovering' fitness and working on himself since 2009, he has been able to see and experience the beneficial effects of a sound and effective fitness program. Thus, he became certified as a personal trainer in 2011 and as a licensed dietitian from New York University in 2015. Since 2011, he has helped hundreds of people improve their lives for the better so they can live more confidently and strong.
