The real estate industry is the last industry to undergo digital transformation.A lot of the services are completely fragmented, involving people, tools, technology, services, and a tremendous amount of regulatory oversight. This has forced various companies to innovate parts of the ecosystem but nobody has been able to build a unified solution.Because of this, the consumer still has an extremely disjointed, fragmented, and frustrating experience trying to bring all of these pieces together from the start to finish of a real estate transaction.The idea of a super app is a futuristic concept that allows for the WeChat-ification or Amazon-ification of the experience, where the consumer is able to have a smooth and seamless experience, while the app/company is able to manage all the disjointed pieces behind the scenes.We call this “The SuperApp” or the real estate holy grail.
