Hey y’all , it feels great to be back I’m excited to catch you up on a lot of things that has gone down and up in the past year or so that I have been gone. God has truly been good .

Along with a brief catch up on my week I share a few things I have been dealing with ,in regards to my mental health and my opinions on the matter. At times we look at our achievements and the disbelief that we are capable of achieving more even though history has proven that we are capable of more can be truly exhausting ,being trapped in that cycle. I don’t have it all figured out yet but I am confident that I will understand and overcome this too.

This year God has really been good and hood with me . He is truly faithful and never failing the lessons I’ve learned from PURPOSE to WORTH . I’m glad I got to share it with you all.
