Let’s make our voices heard by sharing and showcasing stories that should’ve been told ages ago. I (Maddy Chen) wanted to start this podcast because as an aspiring engineer myself, I have found a lack of role models that look and have experiences like me. I believe that having role models and mentors make it easier to see yourself overcoming obstacles, standing up for yourself, and making a difference. There’s the “brogrammer” and the “tech bros” - here’s to us tech gals.
