The 412 Youth Zone Podcast

In our final episode of season 1, we discuss something every youth in our program will face: aging out of services. Our conversations with young people Malaya and Hannah will dig into their fears of aging out and how the Youth Zone has helped prepare them for these transitional periods in their lives.

In this episode, we wanted to slow things down and take some time to talk about self care as one of the major aspects of everyone's mental health. We are joined by young adult Xavier and Youth Zone Therapist Shalace to dive into ways to have a healthy work-life balance while maintaining your mental health and how you can navigate resources in the community as well as here at the 412 Youth Zone.
