Empathy cannot be overemphasized in helping to deal with depression. In many scenarios, people preferred they had someone who wasn't judgy but was empathetic towards them. Sometimes JUST feel and resonate. It makes all the difference in the world. 

How well do we think about protecting women who are in relationships? We know the men are a bit of a selfish pack but do we have to always be the one who causes the hurt?  Take yourself outta that situationship girl!
