The Art of Serving: Leading, Managing, and Helping While Maintaining Autonomy

Leaders face immense pressure to deliver results, but it often comes at a cost to ourselves and even those we serve. In this episode, we talk about being reflective; with ourselves, with reality, and with those we serve.

Why is that some people don't listen to us? Is it because they don't like us, or respect us? Today we're going to talk about what it means to be a leader that is credible.
