Its a proven fact, everyone loves food. In different aspects of it that is, whether its learning about it, researching, cooking it or eating it, we all enjoy it in a manner that speaks well to us. I for one love to eat it ofcourse, but I'm more interested in it's made at an industrial scale. As a food technologist I have studied many industrial processes, dairy, meat, cereals, fruits and vegetables, fats and oils, beverages and so much more.
