The radio talk show for August, in honour of International Youth Day 2024 focuses on the crucial role of youth in leveraging digital technologies to drive sustainable development. The theme, "From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development," will delve into how young people can use digital tools to innovate, advocate, and create solutions for global challenges. The theme underscores the transformative potential of digital technologies in achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and calls for collaborative efforts to support youth in their digital journeys.

Leadership Advocacy Programme Radio talk show commemorated the International Women’s Day on the theme: “Invest In Women: Accelerate Progress”. We had as special guests Justina Ovat, President of Women in Hospitality, Nigeria, and Patrick Dominic, Executive Director at PD Hub.It was an insightful conversation as the need to prioritize the growth of women was re-emphasised. We had a great time cherry-picking the odds surrounding the progress of women and thoroughly navigated solutions that could curb certain limitations that women face.It was fun! Insightful! Elevating! 

This edition commemorated the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on February 12, 2024, at 2:30 pm. The topic of discussion was "Mentorship Matters: Nurturing the Next Generation of Female STEM Leaders," featuring Patrick Ndifon, Executive Director of Psifon Org, and Abigail Inyang, Cybersecurity Analyst and API Penetration Tester, as special guests.During the show, the guests highlighted several key points:- Mentorship is crucial for maintaining continuity in the STEM field.- Having role models in challenging fields like STEM encourages more women to enter the tech space.- Those working in tech should not solely cater to the tech-savvy, as technology is a facilitator.- As a mentor, your goal is to mentor your mentees so that they can eventually replace you.The conversation was incredibly insightful.
