Hayden Sowers, now an assistant with Massanutten Military PG basketball, grew up in Tupelo. He played basketball for Tupelo High and later became a grad assistant with the Ole Miss hoops program. He gives an inside look at an SEC college basketball program, how he got into coaching, breaks down Colonels 2016-17 roster and even gives an outlook for the SEC this season.
