    Our most experienced and high performance guest so far, Nick Ward. Nick has a vast amount of experience coaching at sporting establishments such as University of Durham, Derbyshire institute of Sport, National Lead S&C for TASS and England Golf. Nick now resides in Lake Tahoe where he works for ALTIS being the programs director & performance coach.  This is one not to be missed!

    Episode 6: Mike Clark, Performance Psychologist.

    Mike is a Sports Psychologist, having earned his Masters in Sport Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2016. Prior to that, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Mississippi State University where he ran cross country and track & field competitively for the Bulldogs. He currently resides in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he now practices.

    Episode 5- Adam Bishop: Britain’s strongest man.

    10 years of coaching experience in an elite set up at Harlequins RFC and currently Britain’s strongest man. Adam expresses his thoughts, philosophies and advice for coaches in the industry.

    Charlie has a BSc and MSc in sport and exercise nutrition, he has worked with a wide variety of athletes and recently employed by one of the leading colleges/universities in the UK. He is now a director of his own company where he helps all levels of athletes as well as corporate wellness.

    Owen Satterley: Hinsta Performance Strength and Conditioning Coach.

    Owen Satterly joins us for episode 3, he is currently at Hinsta Performance working in the F1 industry and owner of Better Human Performance, a company providing corporate wellness services for HR directors. Over the last 20 years Owen has worked with youth, senior, international and professional athletes. Including positions such as head of strength and conditioning at Hartpury College/University.
