The Chronic Pain Discovery Podcast

Chronic Pain is a very different creature from Acute Pain. We know what to do with acute pain and what has caused it. We have an injury, our brain sends signals out, so we can act quickly to address the cause and the pain. However, Chronic Pain tends to sit in a different part of the brain. Often long after an injury has healed. This podcast looks at our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and expectations, along with a whole host of other contributing factors to help us manage, minimize and even eliminate the pain sensations altogether. Join me on this voyage of discovery.
