Insights into riding the Tour de France from an amateur cyclist
In this episode I speak with Dan Winn, a rider who I supported for 2 years in order to complete a huge goal of riding every single kilometre of the Tour de France route in 2023 with Le Loop. We talk with Dan about the preparation for the event, how it was juggled with family and work life, the key learnings along the way and a whole load of stories from the event itself. This is a great listen for anyone who wants to challenge themselves physically with a big scary goal, and can hopefully help with how best to prepare!
