Description

In 1998, Isaac Di Maggio volunteered to test experimental biotechnology. Although the effects were temporary, Di Maggio left feeling enhanced and begged to continue. Unfortunately, there was no next step as soon after, the mysterious scientist who helmed the experiment took her research and went rouge--but not without giving Di Maggio the equipment to continue the research on his own.
