It was a great competition as sixth fifth graders from Bell Creek Intermediate took on the kitchen to become a winner at Future Chef. We share stories and talk to the chefs as they make their masterpieces.

We have state champion Jada Weiss with us. If you don’tknow, Jada became Bellbrook’s first female individual state champion, winning the state wrestling tournament at 155 on March 9 in overtime.Jada tells us all about the weekend and all the things thathave gone into her journey to become a state champion. This one has some great videos and images of theweekend provided to us by Charlie O’Dell, Nicholas Falzerano and Steven Wright of the Xenia Gazette so thanks to all of them.

This episode we talk to the happiest man on the planet, Raphael Daniels who holds a couple of roles in our district, including bus driver and lunchroom aide. Join us and you'll definitely feel happier by the end.

In this edition of the Eagle Insights Podcast, we take alook at the Engineering Department at Bellbrook High School and Mr. Blake Barnes. Blake works for the district through the Greene County Career Center and spends his time teaching students and doing a lot of unseen work for the district. This one is a great watch because he takes us for a tour through the (somewhat messy) engineering classrooms and all the technology the students utilize.

Welcome to the Eagle Insights Podcast! That’s right, Eagle Insights. We’ve changed the name but the rest is the same. We kick off season 2 with none other than first grade teacher Carrie Frantz. Carrie was a three-sport athlete here at Bellbrook, she graduated from here, married a Bellbrook graduate, and has three kids – two still in the district while one is already graduated and in college.
