    Hello gorgeous and welcome to my elysian world. I’m Samantha Rae, a (trying to retire) sommelier with a passion and curiosity for all things women’s health and wellness. This is my personal, experimental mission to create a community of like-minded women who want to live a happier, healthier life, and feel incredible in their own skin. Science-based health and spiritually-based wellness, specifically curated for women in their thirties and forties: I am here to share research, recipes, workouts, tips and tricks, mindfulness practices and much more, curated just for us. I’m calling us the Millennial Girlies. Anyone can be a Millennial Girlie. It’s a vibe, not a sex. We love sexy dinner parties, imbibing in fine wine, last minute trips abroad, but also rigid self-care, health, time in nature, and connection with ourselves and our loved ones. So what is “The Elysian Lifestyle"? It's a life that encompasses it's definition: Elysian Beautiful or creative; divinely inspired; peaceful and perfect. It's for those who desire to more fully embody these qualities in their day to day life. A life worth living is not something that happens TO US, it is one that we CAREFULLY AND PURPOSEFULLY CURATE.
