21: Onto the Next Chapter
Signing off on the Everyday Mama podcast, but happy with the little capsule I created during this season of my life to reflect back on. Ended the episode with mom advice/ hacks. Remember take what you need, leave what you don’t. As always don’t let this make you feel lesser than a mom, use it more as a tool to help you where you need! You are doing a great job! 19: Mom Brain Dump
Welcome to my oversharing girly chat today! For today's solo episode, I asked ChatGPT to "give me a fun podcast episode idea for a mom related podcast revolving around currently loving items, etc.” and it kind of evolved from there so a mix of mom related things and not mom related things. We’re talking currently loving items, random mom hacks, non-mom favorites, and basically whatever has been living rent-free in my brain lately. $15 HACK THAT’S ELITE:RetinolOUTFITS ON REPEAT:Old Navy Barrel JeansCRZ Tennis Skirt High Waisted Denim ShortsViral Seamless BraCURRENTLY EYEING:Stainless Steel Step Counter WatchNinja CreamiHEALTH + WELLNESS FINDS I LOVE:Armra // code: EVERYDAYMAMA Vibration Plate Pilates Reformer Red Light Mask NIGHTIME SKINCARE ROUTINE:Elemis Cleansing Balm Elemis Pore PadsMedicube Pore PadsVitamin C Serum FrowniesMOM PRODUCTS I’M LOVING RIGHT NOW:Teach Me to Read // Youtube: Little Literacy NookIndoor Trampoline Magnetic ChalkboardFOLLOW ALONG:@everydaymama.style

18: Savor the Sacred Seasons w/ Amy Ging
This week, I’m interviewing my mentor, Amy Ging. Last summer, as her oldest daughter prepared to begin her senior year of high school, Amy wrote a devotional just for that season. After recognizing a gap in resources for moms navigating this pivotal year, she decided to create what she couldn’t find — the devotional she wished she had. This conversation was so special to me because the perspective I gained from a seasoned mom is invaluable. She talks about how to be confident in who you are as a mom, how to savor the moments when it goes by so fast, how to give yourself grace along the way. I already know she’ll be a recurring guest, but no matter what stage of motherhood you’re in, this conversation is for you @amybgingauthorSacred Months: A Devotional for Moms of High School Seniors Steam Eye MaskFollow Along + Connect:@everydaymama.styleShop MyLTK

The Everyday Mama Podcast Trailer
Hi, friends! Welcome to the Everyday Mama Podcast with your host, Caitlyn. Your new virtual SAHM bestie here to walk alongside you through the blessing that is motherhood. I started this podcast for the everyday mom. Think mom next door or the mom who just thinks she’s average but she’s anything but. We all know the sacrifices made and energy needed that comes with motherhood but it can feel really isolating at times. And with society constantly pushing a negative narrative, it’s my prayer that this podcast provides a safe and positive space for you instead. Each week, you’ll hear about motherhood topics from moms in all different seasons that I believe will encourage your day to day life as you raise your littles. This podcast will come alongside you as we all try to navigate motherhood together because we all know it takes a village and you are not alone. In the era of mom guilt and social media comparison, this podcast is dedicated to the mom working hard behind the scenes for her kids. If you’re looking for a little positivity, mom hacks to mom fails, a reminder that we’re all learning as we go, or someone to make you feel like you’re not in this alone, this podcast is for you. I pray that you walk away feeling seen and encouraged in your motherhood journey. Whether you’re a stay at home mom or working mom, have a baby on your hip or you’re an empty nester, pregnant with your first, or have multiple sweet babies, there’s something here for you. If walking and podcasting is your love language or you’re in the carpool line, running errands and crossing things off your endless to do list, how ever you consume your podcasts, join me and let’s tackle all the layers of motherhood together.
