Confidence, Insecurity, & Learning to Trust Yourself (Ep 4 ft. Jo)
In this episode, Jo and I dive into the fun topic of CONFIDENCE!! What it actually is, what it isn’t, and the tension of trying to walk in it as a woman. We talk insecurity, comparison, self-worth, and how hard it can be to genuinely love and accept yourself in every season. Confidence isn’t loud. It’s not perfect. It’s a mindset. A decision. A trust in yourself that you build over time. If you’ve ever struggled with feeling “enough” or believing in yourself, this one’s for you! Female Friendship / Girlhood (Ep 3 ft. Issa)
This episode is all about GIRLHOOD and friendship — the real kind. The evolving, sometimes messy, but deeply meaningful kind. There’s so much in this one… Perspective, advice, and conversations I know other girls will feel and relate to bc female friendships are HARD!!! Guest #3 is Marissa (aka Issa)—My longest friend, my spiritual sister, and one of the most steady, safe places in my life. We met in kindergarten and have walked through so many seasons side by side… Different friend groups, family troubles, graduating, adulting, starting businesses, marriage, and now motherhood for her. And through all of it, our friendship has grown deeper and deeper. I love this girl so much and getting to sit down and talk about this with her meant everything. I’m SO excited for y’all to hear this one! Subscribe and Follow us on Insta @FLIPSIDETX

Grief / Losing a parent (Ep 2 ft. Liyah)
Episode 2 is about the moment everything changed— Losing my mom, Aaliyah losing her dad, and navigating grief for the last six years. In this episode, we dive into the heavy topic of grief and what it was like losing a parent at 17 and 18. We talk about how loss brought our friendship together and created a safe space of understanding when our parents passed just 10 days apart. We also get into friendship, healing, and Lee stepping into a new chapter in her career. Follow us on Insta @FLIPSIDETX

What has made me, me (Ep 1 ft. SJ)
Welcome to the very first episode of The Flipside Podcast! To kick things off, I couldn’t imagine a better guest than one of my best friends and my sister— SJ. Together, we dive into a raw and meaningful conversation centered around our childhood, my personal testimony, and the experiences that shaped who I am today. In this episode, we explore sisterhood, trauma, grief, and the impact of growing up with a mentally ill parental figure. We also talk about perseverance through the hardest seasons of life and what it truly means to keep going when everything feels heavy. At the core of it all is purpose, knowing you’re here on Earth for a reason and learning how to lean fully into that calling. The Flipside is a safe space for honesty, vulnerability, and real conversations. My hope is that this platform becomes a community where people feel seen, heard, and understood. Thank you for listening! Tune in every month on the 27th for new episodes on the real and raw sides of life 💓🎙 XOXO, Say Follow us on Insta: @FLIPSIDETX
