The Free Range Rotarian Podcast - Episode 2 Rural Rotary
Marie Macedo is a charter member and current President of the Rotary Club of Earlimart. She serves the Earlimart School District as the Human Resources Director and Director of Special Education. Rural life has its share of unique issues, and these issues can affect a Rotary club's membership. These challenges prompt rotarians from other towns to mobilize resources and their networks of influence to improve things in the rural areas. Certain people just seem to repeatedly pop up in the grand design too. Check out the schools at https://www.earlimart.org/ and Marie's club at https://www.facebook.com/earlimartrotaryclub/ Can't wait for the next story! You could be the next story!!!

Episode 1: Rotary Youth Exchange Experience
Welcome to the Free Range Rotarian's first podcast. Jackie Krikorian, Will Setser, Alina Mendoza, and Braden Cox sat down with the Eric to share their insights on the amazing experience offered through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. Each of them were between 16 and 18 years old during their year abroad. Collectively, they offer their unique perspective about the Rotary Youth Exchange Program, their perception of Rotary, adapting to the culture of their host countries, adapting to the culture of home, and realizing that home isn't the same anymore.
