Tom & Sean discuss the state of the Collin County real estate market in Q2 of 2025

Angie Johnson was born and raised in North Texas and knows the area well. She attended the University of Texas in Austin where she graduated with a BBA in marketing. After college she moved to New York City and began a career in the buying office for Bergdorf Goodman and Donna Karan. Missing Texas, she moved back to Dallas to work at Neiman Marcus until her son was born and she decided to stay home with her children. Angie and her husband moved to Fairview in 2005 to raise their two children in Lovejoy ISD. She became very active in the community serving on various PTA boards and booster clubs. In January of 2015, Angie became a licensed real estate agent. With almost 10 years of real estate experience, she takes great pride in working relentlessly for her clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. She is dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service to both buyers and sellers. When she is not working on her business, she enjoys playing pickleball, reading books, traveling and spending time with her family.

Stephanie's experience with real estate began with multiple relocations and investment property purchases across the country throughout her husband's 10-year NFL career. Upon his retirement, her family settled in Parker, TX and she began her career as a realtor. Stephanie's mission is to make each client's experience smooth and memorable. As a former D1 athlete she is no stranger to hard work and hustle, and she strives to provide the same dedication to all her clients. With a background in design she provides a creative perspective to her work and has an eye for detail. Stephanie is motivated and eager to help you achieve your goals. Stephanie and her husband are raising their children in Allen ISD. Together they lead a campus ministry, FCA at Allen High School. She is deeply involved in the community through church, Parker Women's Club, and her children's schools, sports leagues and booster programs. Like with her roles in the community, her passion for service and commitment to listen and follow through makes her a reliable source when selling or purchasing your home.

Fairview Mayor Henry Lessner is in his final days of mayorship as his last term ends. I sat down with him to discuss his successes and achievements and we also had a discussion on ongoing changes in Fairview.

Fairview has been my home since 2016, and I feel fortunate to have aligned myself with The Grisak Group, the go-to team in the area. Having the reputation, brand, and expertise of the team behind me make me confident that I am always performing at my very best. I have two boys in Lovejoy ISD and am involved in the PTO’s for both of their schools. Working and living in the same area allows me to know all the ins and outs of Fairview, Lucas, Allen, and McKinney. It is my goal to make each of my clients feel like they’re my only client, and I pride myself on going above and beyond the typical role of a real estate agent for each of them. Buying and selling a home is a major life event, and I will walk you through all the financial, personal, and emotional processes while meeting your unique needs along the way. Balancing home and work life is an art, so I especially enjoy that my job keeps me in the area where my kids are, allowing me to be available for them and present for all their activities. What my kids don’t see is that many times I am up before dawn and working way past their bedtime, but that grants me the ability to make them my only focus when I am with them, just like I do for my clients. I love to learn, and I look at every challenge I may encounter as an opportunity to grow. When time allows, I attend training and programs to keep me at the top of my game, as the real estate market and processes are constantly evolving. My husband and I put our family first and value our time together. We make an effort to always sit down as a family for dinner, even when we’re running all over town for various kids’ activities. We get outside every chance we get and love to explore areas close to home, as well as hitting the road or getting on a plane whenever we can. No day is ever the same in the world of real estate, and I love that excitement! I am constantly learning something new, meeting new and interesting people, and discovering amazing things this area has to offer. There is never a moment of boredom in this business, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
