    Let's talk yoga principles

    Yoga teacher training is basically a personal development course.     Figuring it out

    At the heart of the story is that we are all just figuring it out along the way, and this podcast is the perfect example of that. I have spent a lot of time holding myself back because I was convincing myself I needed more time to "prepare," which is really just a sneaky way of getting myself to stay the same. So instead, I am leading by example to show you it's okay to fail forward. It's okay to be seen trying, because we all have to start somewhere. No one is born with talents or knowledge of everything. We have to learn. That is a beautiful part of life. We actually came here to do exactly that.     It's Been a Long Time Coming
