The Holistic Nurse Season 2

Peggy Smith RN educates the lay medical consumer about the differences between alternative, holistic and complementary medical choices, with emphasis on complementary options. She uses her 45 years of clinical experience in both traditional as well as alternative health, to empower consumers to take charge of their own health responsibilities.  Given the challenges and changes in our health care systems, she advocates for collaboration and effective communications with current providers, and demonstrates how alternative options and healthier lifestyle choices, can reduce the need for traditional services which can be challenging to access in the current health care systems.
