Today I discuss how trauma changes the brain and ways to heal the brain. I also share my struggles with mental health.

Talk about those moments when you’re not feeling your best understanding that it’s ok to feel that way, it’s just a part of the process. Trust in yourself, have compassion for yourself and use this time to address what needs your attention. Release. Purge. Cry it out. Don’t mask it, it’s ok 💕💕

I discuss how I re-parent my inner child and share stories of my childhood. I encourage you all to try some of these methods to help you along your journey: Mirror work, affirmations, meditation, writing a note to your inner child and as your inner child, hugging your inner child, & just allowing your inner child to shine.
