The Beginning of IronHawk CrossFit
I was a social kid with the gift of gab and the ability to connect with people.Not always an athlete, my fearlessness and desire for the spotlight landed me in the arts!I did not know that these gifts would make me a great coach in the future.As an adult I searched for a post secondary education option and career that would allow me to be present for my children. I discovered fitness!Enjoying the benefits of group fitness for myself, I decided to delve deeper into Ironman, and ultra trail running. I learned that I was a glutton for type 2 fun, and wanted to share my gifts of connection, and my passion for fitness!IronHawk CrossFit was born!
