It is vital to the success of your business to know and monitor the backend numbers in your business. In this episode, we review 3 important numbers to be calculating/focusing on to make sure you are bringing in the profit you deserve. Owning or Renting a Space: Your mortgage or rent per month should be 12% of your total revenue. (monthly revenue) x .12= (monthly rent) Supply Cost: Your budget on back bar supplies should be no more than 15%. (Cost for back bar supplies) / (Total monthly revenue) = % supply cost Calculate Target Profit: Unseen costs can contribute to service providers only getting a 25-35% profit.
