I've recently written and published my third book entitled "Living With Simplicity & Discovering What Matters" in May 2025.  I've been spending my time perfecting living simply for at least four years but as I started my new phase of life as a 69 years old retired woman (I retired in November 2025) I find myself reflecting more seriously on my discovering what really matters.  I feel drawn towards exploring my spiritual journey as well as my practice.
