Ric Lewis and David 'Sideman' Whitely are on a mission to change peoples lives and end 2020 on a high.They're giving three young people 12 weeks, £5000 and an hour a week of mentoring to achieve something special. But they're also mentoring you too.The Mentor is a non-for-profit podcast and all funds will go to directly to The Black Heart Foundation.
