    This episode was a sole eye opener. We dove into deep conversations of what it means to be living abroad, oh, in this case living in the US of A. We hosted Maureen Wamaitha, Nai and Sam. They're African American but who's roots are from Kenya. They tell us of what it means to live in the USA and how they are treated for being 'BLACK".     Living With Disability by Darian

    This week we had our friend Darian who is physically challenged. she was not born that way but due to a medical issue at birth her leg was amputated. she uses a prosthetic leg to walk around. she tells us of her journey through depression, self doubt and finally developed a sense of self appreciation. she also teases to be the one that makes the first move when it comes to people she likes. lol. shes very brave and smart and she has an awesome qoute *Live Love Life* if you are a person living with disability or you know someone who is this is the best episode to hear. remember to follow us on our social media.....reach us via the whatsapp number in our description,if you have questions comments suggestions etc. remember Listen Learn Laugh Share and Grow

    An insight to the journey of a young mother Judy Ndungi

    What it means to have Bi-polar Disorder and how to go about it

    We invited a close friend of Ours who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He shares his experiences and some of the signs and symptoms, also how he came to know that he had that condition. He talks of how he was not treated fairly in a certain mental hospital and how he was able to get the best kind of medication and treatment that helped him tame the situation. Erick comes to realize that He too maybe showing some of those symptoms LOL For a disclaimer we are not professionals just two young millennials talking of our experiences.
