A former professional triathlete who hasn't struck a competitive blow in 20 years. In this podcast we will be exploring the full nature of this awesome race. The physical, mental and spiritual aspects that make this challenge everything it is. Tune in and listen to two good mates and coaching colleagues get great froth on about how great sport can be.
