I’m certain that everyone can find some niche topic within the mushroom matrix that strongly resonates with them. Mushrooms connect to almost every sector of society and the economy and I want to feature as many different topics as I possibly can. And although the podcast name, Mushroom Pizza, indicates a food podcast, pizza and the culinary use of mushrooms will be only a small slice of what this podcast represents.
