Same Day. Different Mindset. This Is How It Shifts.

A few hours later… everything feels different. The struggle was real—but so is the recovery. This is what people don't understand about mental health and neurodivergence: you can feel completely lost one moment, and grounded the next. In this episode, I talk about: why you can't let other people's judgment silence you how growth actually happens in real time and why being yourself—fully and honestly—is still worth it This is Part 2 of the same day, same journey. Maybe the problem was never that I was failing… maybe I was measuring myself against a system that was never built for me.

This Is What Overwhelm Actually Feels Like (ADHD + Real Life)

This is the ugly side. No structure, no plan—just what it actually feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck, and trying to make sense of it in real time. From ADHD and memory struggles to heartbreak, frustration, and the weight of not knowing what to do next… this is the part most people don't show. And buried inside it is one core truth: Your lived experience is yours—and nobody else gets to define it for you.

A Death Doula Changed How I See Grief (and Life)

This conversation went somewhere I didn't expect.   I sat down with a death doula to talk about end-of-life care, but what we ended up talking about was life—how we process it, avoid it, fear it, and sometimes finally understand it when we're forced to face the end.   There was no script, no plan… just a real conversation about something most people avoid.   If nothing else, this episode might make you look at your own life a little differently.   This is one of those episodes where I just let the conversation go; and I'm glad I did.   Guest: Paul (Death Doula) If you'd like to connect with Paul, drop a comment and I'll help point you in the right direction.

Elizabeth: The State of the World & Saying What Others Won't

This episode is a real, unfiltered conversation with Elizabeth—and it goes places most people avoid. What starts as a discussion turns into a raw breakdown of the current state of the world, the frustration people are feeling, and why so many conversations never actually get to the truth. Elizabeth brings a powerful perspective, cutting through surface-level thinking and saying what a lot of people are thinking but won't say out loud. Along the way, the conversation touches on: The growing disconnect in society Why people feel unheard and misunderstood The difference between reacting and actually thinking What it means to challenge ideas without shutting down This isn't a polished or scripted interview. It's a real conversation—with moments that hit hard, moments that get messy, and moments that make you stop and think. If you've been feeling like something is off in the world but can't quite explain it… this one might resonate.

Engage with thought-provoking discussions on empathy, resilience, and the journey to self-acceptance. Boy AI makes it sound good. It's what I did though, it just understands and articulates it much better than I could. Here's my description. This is me right after recording the podcast, I don't know what I said but I talked with my guard down and really hit on a good point before I stop at the end of 16 mins. Hope my random adhd thoughts and dedication to honesty find value in the world. Which I think is stronger, but I don't think society agrees, and I am trying to find an audience, and I'm told keywords does that. So let's try a different key word approach this time, because the algorithm may be smart enough to fight that. Mother's moving tale of supporting her daughter when times got tough ICE removes child off the street Donald Trump enrages Controversial Viral I don't know how this works. I'm trying to have real conversation in a popularity contest, and I've never been popular. But I know I have a unique voice and see things in a special way. And that has value. Let's ask questions about life that aren't afraid if the answers aren't what we want to hear. That's what I'M about and where I thrive. Give a like if you read whole description, please. Like, subscribe and share, as they say. A few new ones I thought of: New Marvel movie Star Wars Learn how to make delicious fish in under 5 minutes Follow for more true crime stories Maybe that last one, lol   Oh yeah, and if you read this far and want more, I have 40+ episodes on Spotify i've been recording and don't know how to market, what all the gems in there are, but it includes a woman who details her experience having to flee the Ukraine as missile alarms were going off for days and how she found help with random people she didn't know. And that wasn't even the planned conversation, I didn't even know she was Ukrainian until we talked. Then we have a deaf former navy seal (or maybe wrong branch, I can never remember, dang adhd), multiple people talking about neurodivergency and their experiences, trauma and how to cope, depression, even some failed attempts at convincing people who are lost how to make themselves happier. I hope I can keep creating a good podcast with interesting conversations and quality guests in the near future if the opportunities and discussions continue. Thanks!
