The aim of Not Just A Podcast Podcast (NJAPP) is to try and meet both those interests by helping you understand what workplace learning and development is through podcasts and more. The podcasts are relatively straightforward; Rachel and Andrew will discuss topics around learning and development, aimed at people new to the profession, new to role, in organisations with limited support, etc. These conversations will then be Sketchnoted by Rachel - this is the more. Sketchnotes are a way to translate complex information into visual elements. They aid memory and retention and are a way for people to reflect on activity and content. But that's just the start.
