This podcast is an extension of The Parity Project, where Black folks and our allies are working to raise the percentage of equity and inclusion to reach parity with our population in the US which is 13.4%. We can change the world if we come together and lift every voice. We've spoken to Black showrunners, politicians, podcasters, directors, composers, athletes, and many, many more.
