    Nayeli Pereznegrón, a mother of three from Mexico who transformed her pain into a source of love and compassion for others. Nayeli is the president of Luchando Por Ángeles Pequeños, a foundation that helps kids with cancer in Mexico, a women's institute advisor in the Mexican government, an author, and a speaker. Nayeli had to take care of her sick son who was in the hospital for almost two years, and this experience led her to see a world of suffering and change her way of thinking and acting. Her son eventually passed away, and Nayeli decided to close her business and help other families and children. Through her foundation, Nayeli wrote two books as a way to document her experience and provide therapy. In this episode, Nayeli shares valuable insights into how to deal with grief and suffering, including the importance of asking for help, surrounding yourself with important people, and finding a mentor to guide you. She also talks about how painful experiences can lead to the discovery of new superpowers, and how vulnerability is what makes us human. Nayeli's experiences have taught her that the most important thing is to keep learning and growing.     11. Be the New Fire with Fr. Jorge Obregon

    Father Jorge Obregón is the author of “Solid Ideas for a Fluid World”, a book that invites us to answer some very important questions related to discovering our personal purposes. Fr. Jorge Obregón is a member of the Legionaries of Christ - a Roman Catholic religious congregation of priests and seminarians living in communities who make vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience - and has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration in the Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Mexico. He is also founder of two social projects, especially focused on young people. First is the Search Retreat, whose mission is to meet people wherever they are and elevate them to a new understanding of their value and purpose, providing young adults with a transformative weekend. This project started in Colombia and has since grown to 9 countries and 19 cities across the globe.     Sister Helen Alford studied Manufacturing Engineering at Cambridge, and worked in various manufacturing companies including Michelin Tyre. After finishing a PhD thesis on “human-centred technology,” she joined the Dominicans and as a result was sent to teach at the Dominican University in Rome, the Pontifical University of St Thomas (Angelicum). She is now an Ordinary Professor of Economics and Ethics and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, as well as Vice Rector in the same university. Her research mostly looks at the role and impact of ethics and Christian social thought in the field of management, sustainability and, increasingly, artificial intelligence. She is an Ordinary Member of the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, a Consultor to the Dicastery for the Promotion of Integral Human Development and Senior Adviser to the “Blueprint for Better Business” based in the UK.
