Have you ever been to Terra Livre? It's a dance festival near Madrid where both role dancers and one role dancers come together to celebrate the freedom of roles in Bachata, Salsa and Kizomba. If you havent been there or if you have never tried Role Rotation or the other role before, this episode will give you a tiny glimpse of what it feels like to be free to express yourself and connect with others in the social dance world without having to just dance in one role the entire time. I interviewed dancers from all over the world at the Terra Livre Festival and asked them what Role Rotation and the festival mean to them. I did not even edit the sound, so you can hear the music and the festival vibe in the background. Felipe and Tiago didn't know about this, so i want to also take this opportunity to say thank you to them for their work, their kindness and their endles enthusiasm that is making the social dance world a brighter, more colorful and safer space for everyone. Enjoy this episode and send it to everyone who should feel a little bit of that festival vibe in this special surprise episode.
