Welcome to the Tab Running Podcast! This podcast is run by Tyler Anderson, Alex Bloom, and Ben Allen(TAB), all graduate students at Concordia St. Paul, MN. On this podcast, we plan on talking about anything running related. Tyler and Ben would like to share their running journey, as division two college athletes training for the final season of outdoor track. With the help of Alex, he can help film the track workouts/races and give a perspective outside of running. We also plan on having special guests as well as a couple episodes focused on non running related topics! Go Team!
