For children and adolescent, the maximum time indicated, should not exceed 2 hour a day, according to a study, by the medical journal “The Lancet Child & Adolescent Health”, published in 2018. However, a research conducted in the USA (Common Sense Media), a year before, showed that 78% of adults, spend na average of 9 hours and 22 minutes, in front of screens, like as computers and cell phones. The Nielsen Company, reported, that, the average, American watches more than 5 hours of TV each day, and beyond that, in a 65-year life span, the amount of time spent watching TV, will be equivalent to almost 12 years. Spending many hours in front of the computer or cell phone, can hinder the development and training o
