The untapped potential of female Job Shares

Even before COVID the challenge for women of juggling a full time job, with running a home, having a family perhaps even caring for a parent was well documented with an obvious need for more flexibility in arrangements beyond working from home on a Friday Job sharing has for some time been considered a good option for woman who need to balance their work with other priorities but job shares are still relatively difficult to find especially at a strategic level despite lots of evidence to support the individual and business benefits. In this podcast I talk to 2 women who job share a head of marketing role at a global insurance company and the man who made that possible
