These cookies are full of fiber and healthy fats to keep you satisfied longer. These cookies are also loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant power. My kids love them! Breakfast Oatmeal Cookies Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups oats 1 cup applesauce or 1-2 ripe, mashed bananas 1 tsp brown sugar or honey 1 tsp ground flaxseed 1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients. Let batter rest for a few minutes to allow the oats to absorb the moisture. Adjust the batter by adding more oats or applesauce to reach desired consistency. Scoop a heaping tablespoon into hand. Form into cookie shape and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
