    Stop Starting over every Monday!

Welcome back to the show! Today's guest is Kaz, founder of KazLit Nutrition and a Bachelor-qualified nutritionist from the University of the Sunshine Coast, based right here in Queensland.Kaz helps women boost their energy, feel more confident, and finally get comfortable in their own skin — without overthinking food or starting over every Monday. And what makes her story so relatable? Before nutrition, Kaz spent 20 years in banking and finance, and even ran her own café and catering business. So she genuinely understands what real life looks like — the busy days, the decision fatigue, the constant noise around food — and she knows how to cut through all of it.Kaz's approach is all about ditching the confusion, ending the cycle of 'I'll start again on Monday', and building a way of eating that actually fits your life — not the other way around. If you're a woman who feels like you've already tried to do the right thing with food and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just exhausted by it all — this episode is for you.Let's get into it — welcome, Kaz!
