#theskoopon: The Dough Lady! Amy Noelle Nelson Lund is one of a kind -- passionate about fitness and sugar all in the same go! A spin instructor + a home bakery owner... need I say more? She's everyone's best friend and I LOVED chatting with her about her new business she launched in November. Amy and her cute hubs Eric are the embodiment of couple goals and it was so fun getting to know them better! Not pictured in the episode was the BOMB dirty chai ice cream I made for Amy. We had a mishap and recorded together IRL once... but measure once, (hit record) twice? You'll be viewing take 2, as take 1 was a bit of a technical mess whoops. I love her passion for skincare and that decided to pursue a career path that brings her joy. I learned so much talking with her about different products and the benefits of them. Did you know Central America was hit by a devastating hurricane in the midst of the US election?! Most people didn't. Enter: Sara Galher Barlow -- a recent college grad and Honduran living in Salt Lake City, who wanted to do something! Using her digital marketing skills and social network, she was able to organize a large-scale fundraiser with over $20K in donations and a large shipping container of essential items!  Sara is amazing and has a great story.
