Ayahuasca healing in Peru with Luana Galoni

We are hearing more and more about the potential use of psychedelics in the field of psychiatry to treat things like PTSD, but ayahuasca has been used for hundreds of years in Shamanic ceremonies to heal at a much deeper level. In this episode I talk to Luana Galoni about her time in Peru and Costa Rica, both supporting those undertaking their healing journey using ayahuasca, and undertaking a healing journey of her own. Luana talks through the experience and why you shouldn't embark on a similar journey lightly. Luana began her journey of healing and spiritual reconnection at 19 through yoga. At the age of 20, she started training as a health coach. In 2012, she went to India to finally complete her 200hr Yoga Teacher training. Her call to master the art of healing led her to the Shipibo tradition, where she began her initiation with ayahuasca 13 years ago. In 2022, she began working at the Temple of the Way of Light healing centre in Peru for a period of time and started dieting master plants at Shipibo Rao Healing Center. Luana will be back at the Temple of the Way of Light to begin shadow facilitation this year.   Luana is a compassionate and intuitive yoga teacher and shamanic practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She has a deep passion for helping others connect with their inner selves, exploring the intersection between mind, body, and spirit. Luana's unique approach incorporates various yogic techniques and shamanic traditions to facilitate healing, growth, and transformation.    Based in London, she runs a 200hr Teacher Training program with MoreYoga and travels, facilitating retreats with her team at Return to Nature, as well as running her own.   ‪07861 766667www.luanagaloni.co.uk
