To Whom it May Concern.

There is not one of us who is going to make it out of this life alive. Nobody ever has nobody ever will. While negotiating daily life it's hard to keep our hearts and self intact and we all need support. During the cremation process the heart is the last thing to burn,so why here on Earth is the 1st thing to break. It helps to know and hear from other broken people who are still making it. It helps to be encouraged and hear every now and again that you are loved and that you are just wonderful the way you are.
