    Russ O’Connell is a distinguished photographic director and picture editor with over two decades of experience in the UK media landscape. Since June 2015, he has served as Picture Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine, renowned for its pioneering use of photography and commitment to high-quality visual storytelling.Russ began his career at Heat magazine in the early 2000s, a time marked by the transition from analog to digital photography. He later became Photo Director at Q magazine, where he was instrumental in producing and art-directing shoots with major music artists.
